Description: Apartment-Pension 700m zum Ring is a lovely pension in the heart of Vienna. The building of our pension is a historical monument, because it was built in the 18th century, and it was renovated in 1998. We are located in a peaceful environment with a quite neighborhood in the 9th district of Vienna. Our pension is an ideal starting point for both tourists who want to discover the city, and for businessmen and congress visitors. Our Apartments We have 11 comfortable and modern apartments. The apartments have a capacity of up to 4 guests. The apartments have 5 separated areas: living room, bedroom, workroom, kitchen and the bathroom. The living room has a TV, radio and a telephone. In the bedroom, we provide central heating and linen/blankets. In the working room, you can find the following equipment: writing desk, Internet (with LAN connection) and telephone. In the kitchen, you will find the following amenities: stove, refrigerator, dishes, coffee machine, dishwasher and iron. Our friendly bathroom has everything you need: shower, hair dyer, WC, washing machine and towels. All prices are per apartment per day, including local taxes and cleaning. Further Information We can provide an extra bed (40 EURO/night) or baby bed (15 EURO/night) on request. Children up to 6 years of age can sleep in the room free of charge. For children between 6 to 15 years, we can provide accommodation for 30 EURO/night. Pets are also allowed in the rooms (costs 10 EURO/day). If you need W-LAN Internet access, we can arrange it for 10 EURO/day. We offer you a safe garage which is only 18 EURO/day. Keep in mind that the streets around Apartment-Pension 700m zum Ring are in the pay-zone (Kurzparkzone), so parking is limited on the streets. Location of Our Pension Apartment-Pension 700m zum Ring has the perfect location. From our pension, you need only few minutes to reach the most famous sights of Vienna, such as: the Ring, Burgtheater, Opera, Rathaus (City Hall) and the Parliament. Within few walking minutes, there are several stations: tram station (37, 38, 40, 41, 42), or Schottentor station (which is one of the underground stations of U2 metro line), or the station of St. Stephen Cathedral (which is the most important underground station of the U1 metro line). You can make your stay in Vienna more exciting if you take part in one or more of the Vienna Sightseeing Tours. These tours include a free pick-up from our pension. Arrival from the Schwechat-VIE Airport If you arrive by plane, you should take the bus to the City Terminal where you have to get on the U4 subway. Get off at Schottenring station, then get on U2 subway and travel further to Schottentor station. Here, continue your journey by tram (38 or 41) for 1 stop only, getting off at Wahringerstrasse. A more convenient way to get to Apartment-Pension 700m zum Ring from the Vienna International Airport is to order a cheap airport taxi transfer to our pension. Make sure you book the transfer at least 1 day prior to arrival. |
