Airport Transfer - Vienna
Transfer from Vienna International Airport (Vie - Schwechat) to hotels and apartments in the city center, and back to the airport
The service
We provide airport transfer in Vienna at competitive rates, from the Vienna International Airport to your hotel, and from the hotel to the airport. We have a 24h service, so your plane can arrive any time during the day, and unexpected delays are no problem as well. Register yourself for the transfer by filling out the registration form. Make sure to send all your personal and flight details in order to book the transfer. The driver will be waiting for you at the terminal with your name on a green nameplate.
We will send you a confirmation of your transfer request by e-mail. In the confirmation e-mail, you will find a 24h telephone number through which you can contact the manager on duty in case there are problems at the airport (like you do not find the driver, more people arrived than expected, etc.) If you do not receive such a confirmation within 24 hours, there must be some sort of technical problem, so please send your request again. If you receive no confirmation, the driver will not be waiting for you at the airport terminal!
Price
from the airport to the hotel:
1-4 persons - 32 EURO/transfer.
5-8 persons: 49 EURO/transfer.
9-12 persons: 81 EURO/transfer.
13-16 persons: 98 EURO/transfer.
from the hotel to the airport:
1-4 persons - 32 EURO/transfer.
5-8 persons: 49 EURO/transfer.
9-12 persons: 81 EURO/transfer.
13-16 persons: 98 EURO/transfer.
Special Conditions
We accept transfer requests which are at least 24 hours prior to arrival. Cancellation is free of charge up to 12 hours prior to arrival.
Payment
You have to pay in cash (EURO) to the driver. If you wish to pay by credit card, please request it at the time of booking by writing it in the comment field. Foreign currencies are not welcome, but you can chage them to EURO at the airport easily.
Transfer With Pets
Pets are allowed in the taxi. They have to be clean, and dogs need to wear a muzzle, cats need to be placed in a travel-cage. Any damage caused by the pets must be paid for by the client. Pets count as persons when calculating the rate. For example: 3 persons + 1 dog costs 32 EURO/transfer (same as 4 persons), and 4 persons + 2 dogs costs 49 EURO/transfer (same as 6 persons).

- cars and minibuses: Chrysler and Volkswagen for up to 4 people, Opel Vivaro & Ford Transit for up to 8 people.
- cars have air conditioning
- child seats are available upon request
- smoking cars are available upon request
- drivers speak German, English
- If you order a transfer for two or more persons from the airport to two or more hotels in Vienna, there is a surcharge of 9 EURO for each additional location. Passengers must arrive with same flight, the driver will not wait for other passengers to arrive. Example: 2 people arriving with the same flight and going to two different hotels: 32 + 9 EURO.
