Description: Hotel Am Augarten is a charming 3-star hotel in the second district of Vienna (Leopoldstadt). In the area, you will find the Reed Exhibition Center and the football stadium, while the Praterstern Railway Station is only minutes from our hotel. Our Rooms We have a total of 65 rooms in the hotel, all of which are non-smoking. In the room, you will find a private bathroom (bathtub or shower), satellite TV, Pay-TV, electronic room safe, mini-bar, wireless Internet connection, radio and a key-card system. Some of the rooms are connecting, offering enough space for families. Baby cots are available free of charge, and children up to the age of 9 can stay in the room free of charge as well. Price of the extra bed for adults and children above the age of 9 is 30% of the room rate. Pets are allowed in the room on request only. About Hotel Am Augarten Underground lines U1 (Praterstern Bf) and U2 (Taborstrasse) have a station near Hotel Am Augarten. With the metro, you can get to the pedestrian zone of Vienna and the center in just minutes. Thus, the Kärtner Strasse, the State Opera, the Graben, Kohlmarkt, the giant Ferris Wheel, the Prater and the Nachmarkt will all be within easy reach from here. We have a 24-hour front desk and our colleagues will be available non-stop to help you during your stay. Check-in is from 2 p.m., and check-out is until midday. Our bright and friendly breakfast room will provide the perfect ambiance for a great start to your day. Buffet breakfast is served from 6:30 a.m. to 10:30 a.m., and we also prepare thermos-breakfast for early birds. Let our colleagues at the reception know if you need an early breakfast. We also have a Café Bar where you can enjoy a great cup of tea or coffee with a fine cake during the day, from 10 a.m. until midnight. From the Schwechat-VIE Airport, the fastest way to get to Hotel Am Augarten is by booking a private taxi. Rates are 29 EURO/transfer for 1-4 persons, and 49 EURO/transfer for 5-8 persons.
