Description: The Arthotel Blaue Gans (blue goose) is the oldest inn of the world-famous Getreidegasse with over 650 years of hospitality experience.The combination of tradition (historic heritage) and innovation is the very heart of our concept. Rooms "Max Reinhardt", the single rooms for people, who travel alone and want to stay alone - ideally designed for your short stopover in Salzburg. "Jedermann" are small double rooms with a queen size bed ? just perfect for single travellers. "Karajan" are standard double rooms, ideal for a longer stay. "Don Giovanni" are more spacious double rooms with additional seating accomodation. We offer 2 small junior suites with a charming view into the innercourt and the sculpture gallery. The living area is separated from the sleeping area by a bathroom. Equipment: shower, toilet, satellite-tv, air-condition, safe, telephone, email, minibar. For a longer stay we suggest our "studios". Gastronomy Traditional and new specialities from the kitchen emphasise the concept of the house. Century old vaults and mural paintings have lost nothing of their original comfort. In the bar cool drinks and chill out music invite you to linger and communicate. In the garden restaurant the sight of the Festival Hall, the baroque Horse Pond and the Mönchsberg take you away to the mediterranean flair in the centre of old Salzburg. The mystic cellar is ideal for special occasions. Seminar An impetus room with incentive character, a scene of brainstorming and for the discovery of personal and team creativity.
