Description: Bleckmann Apartments are located 200 meters from Hotel Bleckmann, in the University district (20th) of Vienna, within easy walking distance of the city center. Our apartments also have excellent public transport connections to several places of Interest in Vienna, with metro line U2 and the stops of tram lines 37, 38, 40, 41, 42 and D nearby. From the apartment, you can get to the Hofburg Palace, St. Stephans Cathedral, the Parliament, the Town Hall (Rathaus) and the famous museums in ca. 10-15 minutes on foot. The Apartments Our apartments are suitable for 1-4 persons. All the apartments are equipped with a kitchen (refrigerator, sink, hotplate, cutlery and dishes), private bathroom with shower and toilet, satellite TV. The price of the apartment includes weekly cleaning, general maintenance costs, warm water, heating, electricity, fresh towels and linen/blankets. Apartment 1: up to 2 adults and 1 child, 30 m2, with shower and bathtub, bidet, dining table with 2 chairs, additional couch. Apartments 2 & 3: up to 4 adults, 50 m2, with shower, dining table, corner sofa, two separate bedrooms - one with double bed, the other with 2 separate beds. Apartment 4: up to 2 adults, 25 m2, with shower, bedroom with double bed, wardrobe and a couch. Apartment 5: 1 adult only, 13 m2, with shower, bedroom with single bed, wardrobe, commode, dining table. Additional Info About Apartments Bleckmann When you make a reservation, we will ask for a security deposit for the furnishings and the keys. This deposit is usually 300 EURO. The monthly fee is to be paid upon arrival in cash, credit cards are not accepted. On your departure day, if the apartment has been returned in good shape, we will refund your deposit. Cancellation is not possible, the security deposit will be lost. An apartment for 2 persons costs about 600-660 EURO/month. The final cleaning charge is 50 EURO. If you are coming to Vienna by airplane, you can book an airport taxi transfer from the Vienna Airport to your apartment. During your stay, you might also want to consider one of these Vienna Sightseeing Tours. |
