Description: Das Triest Designhotel awaits its guests with 5-star warmth in the heart of Vienna. Sir Terence Conran and his team has reconstructed the old Stadt Triest Hotel in 1996 in contemporary art style. The hotel can now be considered an artistic landmark of Vienna. Our rooms are individually designed, and offer cozy and comfortable accommodation for tourists and businessmen alike. Rooms and suites We have 72 rooms and suites in total, all with an individual design. The rooms are air-conditioned and feature telephone, DVD player, SAT-TV, minibar, safe and Apple iMac computers. In the bathroom, you will find hairdryer, bathrobe and Molton Brown cosmetics. We also offer non-smoking rooms. Wireless internet is available in all rooms and all common areas. Room rates include buffet breakfast, entrance to the fitness room, sauna, solarium and use of internet. Our suite has its own exit to the garden, and it offers the highest level of luxury. In addition, the suite has a Wittmann canopy, a Minotti coffee table, dining table and chairs from Dieter Knoll, table lamp from Philippe Starck, flat-screen TV, DVD player. Our 100 m2 business suite has its own terrace and exit to the garden. This suite has been renovated in 2004 according to the plans of Sir Terence Conran, with special furniture and lights. This suite is also suitable for private business meetings. Conference Hotel Das Triest has two conference rooms: Piber (50 m2) and Lipizza (80 m2). Both are located on the ground floor, have air-conditioning and high ceilings. Both have direct access to the garden. They are both fully equipped with the latest technology, such as wireless internet, cinema display, projector, laptop, flipchart. Restaurant and Bar Our Collio Restaurant offers great dishes and beverages all year round. During the summer months, barbeque is also available. The courtyard of the hotel creates a Mediterranean atmosphere with the 30 years old olive trees and rosemary bushes. During the summer months, the courtyard is available from 8 a.m. to 11 p.m. For those who wish to cool down and relax late into the night, we recommend the extravagant Silver Bar. Parking There is a garage right next to our hotel, where you can have a wallet-parking service. The cost is 26,5 EURO/day. Child discount Accommodation is free of charge for children under the age of 13 in the room of the parents. About Rates The rates are quoted in EURO, per room per night, including all taxes and VAT, access to the fitness center, sauna and solarium. The use of highspeed w-lan internet connection is also included. Buffet breakfast is served between 6:30 a.m. to 10:00 a.m. from Monday to Friday, and until 11:00 a.m. on the weekends.
