Description: We offer well-equipped and furnished apartments in the center of Vienna, suitable for 2-5 persons. All the apartments have a kitchen, toilet, TV and DVD player, and the rates include linen and blankets, towels. Our apartments have been renovated recently (2008-2009). During renovations, we were concentrating on having the highest quality and appropriate design. Location Our apartments are located in various locations within the city center (11 apartments in 6 buildings). The precise addresses are indicated in the descriptions of the apartments. All apartments are located near metro stations. Apartments Apartment Vienna 1 - Quellenstrasse 128 Top 7 (52 m˛, max. 5 persons, minimum 2 nights) Price: 59-75 EURO Completely equipped kitchen with dining table, double bed in the bedroom, shower and bathtub in the bathroom. 2 sofas in the living room, and an extra bed. There are several supermarkets, bakeries, cafés and restaurants in the area. Access to the center by U1 Underground. Apartment Vienna 2 - Quellenstrasse 128 Top 28 (53 m˛, max. 5 persons, minimum 2 nights) Price: 59-75 EURO Pictures: #1-8 Completely equipped kitchen with dining table, double bed in the bedroom, shower and bathtub in the bathroom. 2 sofas in the living room, and an extra bed. There are several supermarkets, bakeries, cafés and restaurants in the area. Access to the center by U1 Underground. Design Apartment Vienna 2 - Goellnergasse 29 (38 m˛, max. 4 persons, minimum 2 nights) Price: 49-65 EURO Pictures: #9-17 The apartment has a double bed and a pull-out sofa, ideal for 2-4 persons. U3 underground station is only 1 minute away from the apartment. Ernst Happel Stadium is 15-minutes walk away, while the Hunderwasserhaus is a 10-minutes walk away from us. The neighborhood offers several cafés, restaurants and groceries. Design Apartment Vienna 3 - Pazmanitengasse 14 (38 m˛, max. 3 persons, minimum 2 nights) Price: 39-55 EURO This apartment is located right by the Prater, where the city landmark of the giant wheel is also to be found (Riedenrad). The Messe (Fair Center) is located only 1 metro stop away. Metro stops U2 and U3 are only 5-minutes walk away from here. The Northern Railway Station is also very close by. The apartment has a double bed and an extra bed in it. Premium Apartment Vienna - Ruckergasse 47 Price: 59-75 EURO (51 m˛, max. 6 persons, minimum 2 nights) U6 and U4 metro stations are 5-minutes walk away from the apartment, and also the Meidling Fast Train station (with access to the central station from January, 2010). Schönbrunn Palace is 10-minutes walk away. Lots of cafés, restaurants and groceries in the area. Apartment Wien 1 - Fewo Randhartingergasse 12 Top 21 (45 m˛, max. 5 persons, minimum 2 nights) Price: 59-75 EURO 7-minutes walk away from the pedestrian zone. Easy access to Belvedere Palace, St. Stephens Dom, Opera. Lifestyle Apartments These apartments have been completely renovated in 2009, and have 4-5 star quality luxury interior. Floor-heating, air-conditioning, luxury bathroom, design kitchen, modern sofa, ambience lightning, 2 flat-screen TVs (cable-TV, DVD player, free WLAN). Separated sleeping area, also ideal for families. Klaehrgasse 8/Top 1, Klaehrgasse 8/Top 2, Klaehrgasse 8/Top 3, - Klaehrgasse 8/Top 4 (40 m˛, max. 5 persons, minimum 2 nights) Price: 59-130 EURO Located in a completely renovated turn-of-the-century building, 10-minutes walk away from Schönbrunn Palace, 200 Meters from U1 metro station.
