Description: We are a family enterprise, renting out apartments for tourists and businessmen in the center of Vienna, an easy 10 minute walking distance away from the famous Stephansplatz, pedestrian zone. Our two-floor apartments are equipped with all conveniences for your stay: private shower and toilet, telephone, cable-TV. The front-side apartments also have air-conditioning, and all apartments have a kitchenette with a refrigerator and free wireless internet access. Daily cleaning service is also provided. Breakfast is not included in the rate, but you can have breakfast in a nearby Café for 5 EURO/person. The rates change daily, so please apply for a price offer with your dates of travel. Credit cards are welcome for payment. The minimum length of stay is 2 nights. As a guest of Liechtenstein Apartments, you can get a special mobile phone for a daily fee of 5 EURO/day. With this Austrian mobile, you will be able to call all landlines in Austria free of charge, all T-mobile Austria numbers free of charge, most international landlines free of charge and you will not have to pay any roaming calls if somebody from your country calls you. Reservation not needed, just pick-up your mobile phone when you arrive. This apartment is located in Sperlgasse 18, which is about a 4-minute walk away from our office and the other apartments. Final cleaning is included in the price, but daily cleaning is only available upon request for this apartment. From the airport to the apartments You can either take the airport bus from the airport to the station "Schwedenplatz" and walk to the apartments in about 10 minutes, or take train S7 from the airport to the station "Praterstern" and then the Underground U2 to the station "Schottenring" - exit Herminengasse - and walk to the apartments in about 1 minute. You also have the option to book a cheap fix-rate airport taxi through our partner: Airport Taxi-Transfer. Parking 2 minutes from us is the parking garage "Karmelitermarkt". You can park your car there for 24 hours for a special fee of 11 Euro. During these 24 hours, you can drive out and re-enter as many times as you wish. Pick-up your special parking ticket for the garage at our office upon arrival. In the city center of Vienna and the surrounding districts (districts #1-9 and #20), parking on the street is only allowed for a short period of time (maximum parking duration in limited parking zones: 2 hours) from 9 a.m. to 10 p.m. on workdays. In these limited parking zones, you need to purchase a parking ticket and place it behind the windshield. The signs indicating the short stay parking zones are only placed where you enter these districts. In shopping streets, it is necessary to watch for signs indicating exceptions to days on which restrictions apply.
