Description: Our apartments are located in the city center of Vienna, with public transport within 100 meters of the building. You are welcome to enjoy the great and peaceful location of the apartments and the Viennese charm and hospitality. You will be ensured of a wonderful stay in the Mozart apartments and a memorable visit to Vienna. Location Mozart Apartments are located in a house with an elevator. The address is Anzengrubergasse 7, 1050 Vienna, Austria (District 5). There is a supermarket within 100 meters. Our house is very conveniently located. Stations of trams 18/62/65 and Underground line U1 are near the building. Süd Bahnhof (Southern Railway Station) and fast train stations (Schnellbahn) S1/S2/S3/S15 are within walking distance. You can reach all major sights in Vienna within 15 to 20 minutes by public transport. The pedestrian tourist area (Stephansplatz) and other sightseeing and cultural locations are all within 15 minutes walking distance. In the neighborhood, you will find many shops, pharmacies, restaurants and cafés. Apartments We have 3 categories of apartment: A, B and C. The rate depends on the category of the apartment. 1) Apartment A18 (90 m˛, pictures 1-11, up to 7 guests) Luxury Penthouse Apartment with roof terrace, with a capacity of up to 7 guests. The first bedroom has a large double bed and foldout sofa, cable TV and Stereo system. The second bedroom has a large double bed, spacious wardrobe and a safe. The baby bed is available on request. The bathroom has bathtub, shower, basin, WC, washer/dryer, hair dryer and towels. The living / dining room has a sofa (which could also be used as a bed for two persons), dining table for 6, a coffee table, arm chairs, Cable TV, Stereo System and a telephone. Broadband Internet access is provided on request. The kitchen is fully equipped, including electric range and oven, refrigerator, toaster, dishwasher, microwave, and coffee making machine, utensils and other necessary tableware and kitchenware. The roof terrace also has a table for 6 persons. 2) Apartment A15 (95 m˛ pictures 12-18, up to 7 guests) The first bedroom has a large double bed with a sitting area having a sofa (which could also be used as bed for two guests), cable TV, Hi-fi Stereo System, CD player, and bed linen. The baby bed is available upon request. The second bedroom has two single beds, wardrobe and bed linen. The bathroom has a bathtub, shower, basin, washer/dryer, hair dryer, towels and separate WC. The living room has a sofa (which could also be used as a bed for two guests), dining table for 6, a coffee table, arm chairs, cable TV, Hi-fi Stereo System, CD player, and a telephone. Broadband Internet access is provided on request. The kitchen is fully equipped, including electric oven, refrigerator with a freezing compartment, toaster, dishwasher, microwave, and coffee making machine, utensils and other necessary tableware and kitchenware. The entrance hall has a spacious wardrobe and coffee area. 3) Apartment A6 (70 m˛ pictures 19-23, up to 7 guests) The first bedroom has a large double bed with a sitting area having a sofa (which could also be used as bed for two guests), cable TV and Stereo system and bed linen. The second bedroom has one single bed, and bed linen. Baby bed is provided on request. The bathroom has a shower, wash basin, washer/dryer, hair dryer and towels. Iron/ironing board and other amenities are all provided. The living rooms has a sofa (which could also be used as a bed for two guests), dining table for 6, a coffee table, arm chairs, cable TV, stereo system and a telephone. Broad band Internet access is provided on request. The kitchen is fully equipped including electric range and oven, refrigerator and freezing compartment, toaster, dishwasher, microwave, and coffee making machine, utensils and other necessary tableware and kitchenware. The second bedroom has two single beds, wardrobe and bed linen. Baby bed is provided on request. The bathroom has a shower, wash basin, washer and dryer, hair dryer and towels and a separate WC. The living/dining room has a sofa (which could also be used as a bed for two persons), dining table for 6, a coffee table, arm chairs, Cable TV, Stereo System and a telephone. The entrance hall has a spacious wardrobe. 5) Apartment Rögergasse A22 (90 m˛ pictures 30-38, up to 7 guests) IMPORTANT: This apartment is located in a different building. The address of apartment is Rögergasse 29, 1090 Vienna, Austria (District 9). Underground line (Metro) U4 Station (Friedensbrucke) and tram D, and Fraz Joseph Bahnhof (Franz JosephTrain Station) are located only within 100 meters from the building. You can reach all points of interest in Vienna within 5 to 10 minutes by public transport. The building has an elevator. The apartment has two separate bedrooms. The first bedroom has a large double bed with a sitting area having a sofa (which could also be used as bed for two guests), and wardrobe. The second bedroom has a large double bed and a spacious wardrobe. Baby bed is provided on request. The bathroom has bathtub and shower, wash basin, WC, washer/dryer, hair dryer and towels. The living room has a sofa (which could also be used as a bed for two guests), dining table for 6, a coffee table, arm chairs, cable TV, stereo sound system and a telephone. Broad band Internet access is provided on request. The kitchen is fully equipped including electric range and oven, refrigerator and freezing compartment, toaster, dishwasher, microwave, and coffee making machine, utensils and other necessary tableware and kitchenware. 6) Apartment B8 (60 m˛ pictures 39-41, up to 6 guests) The bedroom has a double bed, wardrobe, and bed linen. Baby bed is provided on request.Bathroom with a bathtub and shower, wash basin, washer and dryer, hair dryer, towels, and a separate WC. Living room with a sofa (which could also be used as bed for two persons), a coffee table, arm chairs, Cable TV, Hi-fi Stereo System, CD player, and a telephone. The 24 hour broad band Internet access is provided on request. The kitchen is fully equipped including electric range and oven, refrigerator and freezing compartment, toaster, dishwasher, microwave, and coffee making machine, utensils and other necessary table ware and kitchen ware and a dining table for four. The entrance hall has a wardrobe. 7) Apartment C (40 m˛ pictures 42-45, up to 4 guests) The living room/bedroom combination: with a double bed, bed linen, specious wardrobe, a living area with a sofa (which could be used as bed for two persons), coffee table, arm chairs, Cable TV, Hi-fi stereo system and CD player and a telephone. The bathroom has a shower, wash basin, washer and dryer, hair dryer and towels and a separate WC. The 24 hour broad band Internet access is provided on request. The kitchen/dining area is fully equipped with electric range and oven, dishwasher, refrigerator with freezing comportment, toaster, microwave oven, coffee making machine, utensils and other necessary tableware and kitchenware and a dining table for four.
