Rent-a-car conditions

The following conditions are valid for car rentals

Reservation:

DENZELDRIVE vehicles may be booked by category only. DENZELDRIVE only guarantees the category reserved.

Minimum rental period:

One day (=24 hours)

Minimum age:

25 years for the categories H

Documents required:

Renter named in the contract must be in possession of:

valid driving licence

valid passport or Id card

credit card (for luxury models a second credit card)

Rates include:

400 km per day or 1.000 km per weekend or unltd. km per week
CDW an TW
Deductible group A-E € 420,- per incident
Deductible group F-R € 840,- per incident
20 % VAT
Austrian highway sticker

Rates exclude:

Reduction Fee (with the choice of a reduction fee, the excess shall be waived)
Personal accident insurance
Out of Austria Fee *
Seasonal surcharge (1.11-31.3) (incl. winter tyre and ice scraper)
15 % Airport fee
1 % contract fee (It shall be waived for invoice amounts up to € 150,-.)

Cross border rentals:

DENZELDRIVE may permit you to cross the border with the vehicle. This varies according the car group and the countries you wish to visit.
*For travels to Slovenia, Czech Republic, Hungary, Slovakia and Poland there is an extra charge.

One way rental:

One way rental within Austria are free of charge. If you with to return the to a different rental location, please check the rate and feasibility at the reservation.
