Description: Pension Residenz is located in the first district of Vienna, near the Rathaus (City Hall) and the Vienna University. We offer rooms with the "Old Vienna" charm and a generous Viennese buffet breakfast. Rooms We have a total of 23 rooms, equipped with private shower and toilet, direct-dial telephone and satellite TV. Some of the rooms have air-conditioning, for a surcharge of 10 EURO/night. We have single-, double- and triple-rooms, with the possibility to add an extra bed in some of the rooms. Pets are allowed free of charge. Baby beds are available, also free of charge, and we do not charge the price of the extra bed for children up to the age of 6. About Pension Residenz We accept the major credit cards for payment. The building is a non-smoking premise, and all rooms can be accessed by an elevator. There is free Internet access in all rooms. We do not have parking spaces, but there is a garage nearby which is available at 10 EURO/night. Check-in is from noon, check-out is until 11 a.m. The nearest metro stop is U2 station Schottentor. We can pre-arrange an airport transfer between Pension Residenz and the Schwechat Airport. The rate is 29 EURO for 1-4 persons. We also recommend you to sign up for one of the daily city tours, including a free pick-up from our pension.
