Description: The centrally located Apartment Sophie is in the former Jewish district of Vienna, on the 2nd floor of a typical Viennese house that was built at the turn of the century. From here, you can have a look at the lively market, which offers fine shopping for visitors. You will surely feel at home in our renovated apartment. Location of The Apartment Apartment Sophie is located directly in the neighbourhood of a market in the heart of the former Jewish district of Vienna. Due to the great transportation facilities in the area, the center of Vienna can be reached within some minutes. Nearby the apartment, there is a green area, which is mainly attractive during spring, summer and winter. The Augarten is a huge park, where, among others, the legendary Augarten china factory and the Atelier Augarten, which belongs to Belvedere Museum, are to be found. Regularly, there are contemporary art exhibitions in the park. The amusement park (Prater) offers diverse possibilities over a huge area for visitors. Owing to the central location, our guests can easily get to the apartment. Subway and tramway stations are nearby and the bus station is in front of the house. To get to Apartment Sophie from the Vienna Airport, simply book a Taxi Transfer . The prices are low and fixed. Transfers can also be ordered for departure day from the apartment back to the airport. The apartment In the flat, there is parquet floor, antique style Viennese tiles on the walls and original Biedermeier furniture. At the entrance, there is a small hall with wardrobe, a bathroom with shower, toilet and washing machine. The kitchen is well-equipped (gas-oven, coffee maker, fridge, water heater, dinner set, pots) with a dining room for 2 people. In the apartment, there is a bedroom with two separate beds, a Biedermeier cupboard and a shelf. In the living room, there is a fold-out sofa (140 x 200 cm) for another 2 guests, thus the maximum capacity of the apartment is 4 people. In addition, there is a desk, a Biedermeier commode, a book shelf and a dining table for 4 people. There is flat-screen cable-TV, CD player, radio and a safe in the apartment. Our guests can find adequate amount of bed linen and towel. There is free wireless Internet access. Parking There is a parking house within 4 minutes from the apartment by car, which costs 4 EURO/day. Besides, near the apartment, there are several parking places, but from Monday to Friday, they belong to the short parking zone, which means that you can leave your car only for 1-2 hours in a given place. In the same house, we have another apartment as well: Apartment Victoria, which is similar to Apartment Sophie in respect to its size, arrangement and equipment. Therefore, we can accommodate a total of 9 guests in the same house. |
