Description: Welcome to Hotel Turnerwirt Salzburg, where Mozart and his sister enjoyed their stay! We are a family-run hotel near the center of Salzburg, only 2 kilometers away from the city center. We offer 70 rooms in three separate buildings at competitive rates for both individual travelers and groups. Hotel Turnerwirt, The Atrium Building and Villa Turnerwirt The main hotel building hosts the reception, the restaurant and standard rooms. The Atrium is behind the main building, and it hosts mostly double rooms, three triple rooms and two special rooms with wheelchair access. The Turnerwirt Villa is located next to the main hotel building, and it offers beautiful villa rooms (double, triple and 4-bed). It also has a small terrace and a beauty-tower with exclusive beauty treatments on the third floor. Our Rooms We have a total of 70 elegant rooms, 50% of which are non-smoking. The rooms are equipped with bathtub or shower, toilet, telephone, satellite TV. We have two special rooms with wheelchair access on the ground floor of the Atrium building. For younger guests, we offer so-called budget double rooms on the third floor. These rooms are equipped with shower, toilet, telephone and SAT-TV. Some of these rooms are with twin and some with double bed. About Hotel Turnerwirt There is no elevator in the building. All rooms have free W-Lan Internet connection, and we also have some computers which you can use free of charge. Our reception is open from 7 a.m. to 10:30 p.m. If you are planning to arrive earlier or depart later than this, please let us know in advance. There is a central safe at the reception desk, where you can leave your valuables safely. Pets are not allowed in our hotel. We serve a buffet breakfast in the restaurant between 7 and 10 a.m. The menu includes cold dishes, coffee, tea, orange juice, hot chocolate. Groups have the possibility to order half-board treatment, and it is also served in the restaurant. During the day, we serve refreshments in the bar, and we also have a vending machine for drinks and snacks during the night. Behind the hotel, we have a garden with go-karts and rabbits for kids. At the reception desk, you can purchase Salzburg Card for 24, 48 or 72 hours, and 24-hour bus tickets. There is a bus stop right in front of our hotel, and the bus takes you to the center or the train station in a few minutes. Free parking places for 60 cars and buses are available at Hotel Turnerwirt. If you are coming by airplane to Salzburg, you can book a cheap airport transfer. The Salzburg Airport is about 8 kilometers away from our hotel. If you take a taxi from the Railway Station to us, it will cost about 10 EURO. From the center of Salzburg, a taxi costs around 12 EURO to Hotel Turnerwirt. Additional Information We accept the following methods for payment: bank transfer, cash, Mastercard, Visacard and Diners Club. Check-in is from 2 p.m., check-out till 11 a.m. Groups must notify us in advance if they need half-board or full-board treatment. Baby beds are available on request free of charge. Hairdryers are available free of charge at the reception desk. |
