Description: Witz Apartments offers first-class holiday apartments for rent in the 17th district of Vienna, which is a fine residential area (Schafberg). Our apartments are surrounded by the natural landscape of the Vienna Woods, which is considered to be the lungs of the city. In the area, you will find bus, tram and rapid train stops, a taxi station, a supermarket, a coffee-house, several restaurants and Viennese Heurige (wine restaurant with local specialties), pharmacies, drugstores, hospital, recreational park, swimming pool and playground. Apartments Apartment 1 - Pictures: 1-4, size: 64m˛, maximum 6 persons. Address: Dr. Josef Reschplatz 15a, A-1170 Vienna, minimum rent: 2 nights. This apartment has a bedroom, a living room combined with a kitchen and a dining room, two balconies, bathroom and toilet. Washing machine and dryer are available in the basement, and we also have a storage room for bicycles and baby strollers. Parking places are available in the garage of the building. The apartment is furnished with telephone and Internet access, cable-TV with international channels, VCR, Hi-Fi system, alarm clock, ironing board, hairdryer and room safe. In the kitchen, you will find a stove, a microwave, a coffee-maker, a kettle, a toaster, a fan, a dish-washer, a refrigerator and cutlery. Fresh linen, blankets and towels are provided weekly in the apartment. The city center can be reached in ca. 20 minutes from this apartment by public transportation. Stations are location 50 meters from here. Apartment 2 - Pictures: 5-9, size: 64m˛, maximum 6 persons. Address: Villa Witz, Alszeile 74/20, A-1170 Vienna, minimum rent: 3 nights. This apartment has a very quiet location in a garden area, and it has two bedrooms, a living room a kitchen, a bathroom with two basins, shower and large bath-tub, and a washing machine. Parking places are available in front of the apartment on the street. The apartment is equipped by telephone, Internet access, satellite-TV, alarm clock, ironing board, hairdryer and stereo system. The kitchen is fully equipped (same as apartment 1). Fresh linen, blankets and towels are provided weekly in the apartment. Public transportation is within 50 meters of the apartment, and the city center (Stephansdom, Opera, Museums Quarter, Schönbrunn Castle) can be reached in 20 minutes. Apartment 3 - Pictures: 10-14, size: 38m˛, maximum 3 persons. Address: Promenadegasse 20-22 /5/3, A-1170 Vienna, minimum rent: 2 nights. This is the smallest apartment, and it has one spacious bedroom and a kitchen with a dining table, bathroom, toilet and entrance hall. The apartment features a mobile phone, satellite TV, radio, CD-player, alarm clock, ironing board and hairdryer. In the kitchen, you will find a microwave, a coffee-maker, water boiler, toaster, refrigerator and kitchen hood. Linen, blankets and towels are provided weekly during your stay. Tram and bus stop about 50 meters from the apartment, and it takes ca. 30 minutes to get to the historic center. Additional Information Let us know in advance if you need a concert or theater ticket. We will purchase it for you and bring it to your apartment. Payment for the accommodation is possible in cash or by one of the major credit cards (Visa, Eurocard/Mastercard, Amex). Vienna Cards (Wien Karte) for public transportation are available for purchase from us.
